Your role?

As an International Skilled Worker Recruiter, you will play a key role in our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and selecting highly qualified candidates, with a focus on professionals from Eastern Europe (preferably Romania). With your expertise and network, you will ensure our clients in the construction and engineering sectors have access to top talent.

What will you do?

• Source international skilled workers through various channels, including online platforms, foreign recruitment agencies, and social media.
• Coordinate the entire selection process, from CV screening to conducting interviews.
• Maintain and expand a network of international contacts and recruitment partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve the perfect match.

What do you bring?

• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on international skilled worker recruitment.
• Experience in the construction or engineering sectors is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and Romanian.
• A proactive, organized, and results-driven approach.
• A passion for connecting people and thriving in a dynamic environment.
